The FL09S is a ready-to-use micro display integrated kit built around a 0.4-inch FLCOS (Ferroelectric Liquid Crystal on CMOS) reflective panel. The kit combines three key components in one compact assembly — the FLCOS micro display, an HDMI driver board, and a 12.5X magnifying lens — so engineers can integrate high-resolution near-eye display functionality without designing driver electronics or optics from scratch.
Using Field Sequential Color technology, the FL09S delivers a native 1280×960 resolution with 16.78 million colors and 256 grayscale levels per channel, at a brightness of 220 cd/m² and 150:1 contrast ratio. Its compact 8.127 × 6.095 mm active area and 6.35 μm dot pitch make it well suited for applications where both image quality and space are critical.
The integrated HDMI board accepts standard RGB888/YCbCr 4:4:4 video input, supporting refresh rates up to 540Hz (NTSC) / 450Hz (PAL), making the kit plug-and-play for most video sources. Paired with the 12.5X magnifier lens, the assembly provides an immersive, large-perceived-image viewing experience from a very small physical footprint (17.6 × 14.9 × 9.7 mm for the display module itself).
